California ❤️ Discovered!

San Francisco, CA-This weekend created an opportunity to visit some amazing places. Started out at our very own John Wayne Airport for a flight to Oakland, and then a drive over the new Bay Bridge to San Francisco. To my great surprise, the CTA was having their regional convention right in the hotel. So great to see these wonderful teachers who have supported me in all my election bids. Proud to say, our special interest is our students.
We then traveled south to Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, Santa Cruz and beyond. We saw the Lone Cypress, the Felton Covered Bridge, and the glorious Henry Cowell Redwood State Park. California truly is the Golden State!
