Trustees Comments from 10/12/21

Huntington Beach, CA-Last night we had an exciting meeting full of presentations, performance, information, and deliberations. The Board of Trustees presented a certificate of appreciation to outgoing Kiwanis Club president Shawn Woods for his years of outstanding work for the children of OVSD and beyond. We thank him for making our students a number one priority in HB. Also, we enjoyed a performance by our Harbour View K-2 Spanish Language Immersion students. Thanks to this program, students will have a head start on mastering Spanish even before entering high school where there is a 2-year foreign language graduation requirement. We are proud to be providing a starting place for future success. Thanks to the entire OVSD Team for making this a reality!
