HB Councilman Abuses Children with "PORN" signs
1. His own “Parent-Guardian” library review board definitions prohibit “sexual content” including “written text” pertaining to “sexual relations in any form”, i.e. porn, so his “porn” signs would have to be segregated from children in the library.
2. Next, 5.70.100 Sex-Oriented Business Standards of Operation prohibits sexual content being visible from off-premises, so it seems doubtful that you could have the word “porn” in exterior signage.
3. Next, Ordinance 5.24.085 Massage Establishment—Prohibited Conduct says you can’t market/advertise sexual content, so no use of the word “PORN” allowed there.
4. Next, Public newsracks wouldn’t be able to promote “porn” either. General restrictions on sexual signage in the industrial areas where sex-oriented businesses are legal. General definitions at the top of the muni code defining “public nuisance”. “Public nuisance,” for the purposes of this Code, means anything which is injurious to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property, so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property by an entire neighborhood.
5. Next, Sex-oriented business running afoul of regulations are generally declared as nuisances, and there too many references to cite.
Chad Williams is an abuser or our children and a “porn” purveyor, of who denigrates parents’ rights. His signs see illegal, a nuisance, and a blight. He must be prosecuted.
