Recap of Board Sub Committee, Superintendent Search

Huntington Beach, CA-This morning Vice President Singer and I held a Board subcommittee meeting with community members to discuss the hiring of a new superintendent. Dr. Carol Hansen is set to retire in July 2022 and we want to make sure that we hire the best superintendent possible to meet the unique needs of the Ocean View School District. Listen in to hear my comments in regards to the search, parent and employee concerns, and of course a nod to our stellar superintendent Dr. Hansen. More news to come on next steps.
