Huntington Beach, CA-Every Americans must honor the labor, life, and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. today. We can pay homage to him by making his “Dream” become a reality. Reach out to a stranger, to someone you don’t know, someone different from you. Do you see someone struggling? Extend your hand and make a connection, and bridge a gap. Our actions today can work to lessen the unnecessary inequity in our nation created centuries ago. We still have a lot of work to do. Be of service today and everyday. In remembrance of MLK, all OVSD schools and offices are closed and will reopen Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
